What I hate about people that call themself “webdesigner”
Hi there.
Sorry that I did not post a looong time (who cares anyway?) but I have so much projects to handle that I don’t find any time (except now).
So, what is this post about?
About those people calling themself “webdesigner”…
…that are using WYSIWYG editors (nothing against them but do NOT export as table layout)
…that are slicing a “design” in PS (and using export possibility, again table layout)
…that do not even know how to validate their “code”
…that do not know how to fix the simplest errors
…that do not know what a DOCTYPE is (look here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doctype)
…that do not listen to people that do have a lot more experience
…that ignore your tipps totally and even think they are right
…that are thinking Dreamweaver is “the standard program in webdesign/coding”
…that are thinking simple html/css templates are cool and unique
…that are havin’ a “webdesigner firm” and do not even fix their errors on their website (argh)…
There is much more I could list here. It makes me sick.
What are your thoughts?
